PERSONAL LIABILITY

I agree that GCT Training & Security Group Inc. and/or its instructors will in no way assume responsibility for loss, injury, or death while participating in any GCTactical Training program. 

GCT Training & Security Group Inc. will not be liable, whether said training or action occurs on the company premises, supplemental training sites, or while employed by your employer.

Due to the diverse and dangerous circumstances encountered during physical conflict or criminal act, some techniques provided should only be used when level of threat is consistent with the defence and such action taken falls within local legislation. 

I hereby agree to use these defensive techniques only when the use of force is justified and necessary for my personal safety or anyone under my control or protection. 

ONLINE TRAINING

Online course access will remain active for a period of 30  days from the date of purchase. If you do not complete your online course within the 30 day time period, course access will be suspended.  If you wish to reactivate your account, a $25 reinstatement fee will apply. 

Online course sales are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been started. Should the course be started, completed or a certificate of completion be issued within the 7 day refund period, a refunds will no longer be applicable or provided.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

All equipment purchased is refundable or exchangeable  within 15 days of purchase. Item must be returned to GCTactical for refund to be issued. 

Return shipping fees to GCTactical are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

In-Class Training: All in-class training sessions are deemed final and non refundable.

Equipment Purchase:

All equipment purchased is refundable or exchangeable within 15 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned to GCTactical for a full refund to be issued. 

Return shipping fees to GCTactical are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items returned must be in the same quality they were received, otherwise the sale is deemed as final and non refundable.
